Original 1958 stereo edition with green deep-grooved labels, no fan logo.
The cover has a large "Stereo Disc" logo in black print that appears to be silkscreened onto the glossy jacket.
Disc is super crisp shiny, cover is vg++ with a slight vertical different tone but it has no flaws, no split. Super solid cover.
Back cover has tiny pencil dates of listening.
