Book of 3 VINTAGE never played Ruben Reyes 78 RPM Records in Spanish

78 RPM.  These come from the estate of a record store owner.  My elderly friend's father owned a local record store and these came from his estate (YES, she has a lot more).  All records were part of the original stock in the record store that went unsold.  They have been in storage for many, many years.  This hardcover book has 3 Ruben Reyes records.  Each is still in the original paper sleeve, within the book.  I can't date them exactly, but they are likely from the 50's or as early as the 40's.

CONDITON:  I have no way to test these.  The records APPEAR be be in excellent condition; however, I cannot attest to how they've been stored in the last 70 years. The "book" portion shows signs of wear and has a paper tear on the inside cover.  SOLD AS IS.  Starting price reflects my inability to test the records and my inability to know the exact condition.  Spots on the close up of the whole album is only reflections from the camera.
