Doug Parkinson - Australian pop and rock singer. He led the band Strings and Things/A Sound from 1965 The Questions from 1966 and Doug Parkinson in Focus from 1968, Fanny Adams from 1971 and The Life Organisation from 1973. Doug Parkinson in Focus's cover version of the Beatles' track "Dear Prudence" (May 1969) peaked at No. 5 on the Go-Set National Top 40. The follow up single, "Without You" / "Hair" (October), also reached No. 5. Parkinson also released solo material his 1986 16-track Reflections album Manufactured and Distributed By – Hammard TV Productions Pty. Ltd. was recorded at Reel-Time Studios and features ‘Reach Out I´ll Be There’, ‘The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Any More’, ‘Dear Prudence’ and more LP housed in picture sleeve in excellent condition.

The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG)

The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.

GOOD (G)

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.

CONDITION: This item is in excellent or mint condition unless stated above.
