This is a rare, hard to find (HTF), 2 vinyl record / double LP promo set of Lil Wayne's "Tha Block Is Hot" (catalog #U8P1662), an advance album copy released to radio DJs by Cash Money / Universal in 1999.
Jacket: G+ / VG. Generic black jacket is cleanly split along one edge and has significant creasing and moderate ring wear. Generic inner sleeves are intact and bright white.
Records: VG+. A very small cluster of scuff marks on two sides and a fingerprint or two on another; otherwise close to E territory. Very shiny with sharp edges. Labels note "For Promotional Use Only".
