You are bidding on a used copy of How to Save a Life by The Fray. This is the 2016 buttercream vinyl pressing, and it's in great shape overall.
The cover has some minor wear on the corners (see the last image) and shows the outline of the vinyl on it (see the close-ups of the cover). The inner sleeve also has some tears on the edges. The vinyl itself is in great shape.
