Vinyl is a high VG or low VG+. There's hints of surface noise when you set the needle down, but it's not really very noticeable while the music plays
The sleeve is VG- with a small tear on the back side opening (see last picture) with some crinkling along the opening as well, and a crease in the top-right corner
