Cover: Strong VG+ In Shrink There is a 1/4" punch in the upper right hand corner, but the punch is still in place.
Record Visual: NM, except for a grouping of marks on the lead-in on side 1. Please see photo, just to the left of the highlight.

I will pack tight in a cruciform mailer, with the record/sleeve outside of the cover, in a poly bag, to prevent seam splits.
