Fourth Euro/German version:

- Thick cardboard sleeve, top-opening and copyright text on the labels in German only and the text "MADE IN GERMANY" with extra print "KEINE UNERLAUBTE VERMIETUNG" at the top of both labels (this extra print is also known from versions of the "Twilight Zone" 12" and the "Iron Maiden" LP, probably added before switching to the labels with german and english print).
