Overall, the set is very close to NM.
Both records are nice and glossy.
Side A/B are NM
Side C/D is EX (there are some hardly noticeable light that you can see in the runouts, does not affect playability)
This is one of the better sounding records from my collection.
Sleeves are NM, they look new. It even still smells new, which is surprising.
