I cleaned with my spin clean & tested. Records look very clean.....to be safe I am going conservative VG+, but I am not a professional grader. I think you will be pleasantly surprised regarding condition of vinyl. Inner sleeve has 3 inch split side and 1 inch split bottom. Please see pictures for condition.
Comes from smoke and pet free home.
