I have owned since new and the record has been stored in my private collection since new.
Sleeve is in Near Mint condition and still contains most of the original shrink wrap and the sticker on the front sleeve is "on top" of the shrink wrap (please see photos).
Also includes the original printed inner sleeve.
Vinyl is in Excellent used condition.
