John Coltrane recorded A Love Supreme in December of 1964 and released it the following year.

When John Coltrane released “A Love Supreme” in early 1965, fans recognized it as a masterwork practically on first listen. Best-of-the-year accolades rolled in. It became the biggest commercial hit of his career, and possibly the most timeless piece of worship music in the American canon.

The LP jacket is in Mint condition - this item is FACTORY SEALED.

The jacket has NO seam splits - it is completely intact.

The jacket has NO drill holes or saw marks of any kind.

■   The outer plastic cellophane wrap is ripped in s couple of places. (Please look at the photos provided.) This has not compromised the cover or vinyl's Mint condition.

There is NO hand writing on the front or back of the jacket.
