SPOOKY TOOTH - THE LAST PUFF

An overall brilliant condition, rare and much sought after 1970 UK 1st press copy of this psychedelic rock gem with the gleaming and very sparingly played vinyl and tremendous sound quality being real highlights

Truly excellent plus (EX+) condition vinyl retaining all of it's original jet black sheen and in normal daylight appearing to be unmarked. Weighty and completely flat with just a few wispiest of wispy paper scuff hairlines on each side - all purely superficial and only detectable with close scrutiny under a bright light and certainly nothing to impinge upon the wonderful STEREO sound quality.  Again, excellent plus (EX+) labels - unmarked apart from just a few small and extremely faint spindle trails on the side 2 label and the side 1 label remains pristine.  The MacNeill Press unlaminated outer sleeve remains in very good plus (VG+) condition. No cardboard creasing but there is light scuffing along the bottom edge, nicely defined right angled corners with minor rubbing only, firm edges though there are a few 0.5cm horizontal surface crinkles emanating from the spine edge on the front side, and all colours, art work, and text remain very nicely intact. The only other blemishes (each minor) are a small area of sticker removal scuffing on the front side at the top right corner and again on the reverse side at the top left corner, and a very small red dot of wax at the top corner of the front side (possibly removeable).  Superb excellent plus (EX+) STEREO audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, clicks, background interference or crackle at all. Great tone and clarity throughout even at higher volume and frequencies, with every track making for a great listen on this brilliant psych album.  Comes with original excellent condition poly-lined "PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS" inner sleeve with no edge splits, tears, edge fraying, or obvious creasing - just some mild age discolouration next to the edges. A truly classic psych LP with the wonderful condition of the vinyl and superb audio quality being true highlights.

Note that when packing I always separate the inner sleeve and vinyl from the outer sleeve to help prevent seam splits, and insert the vinyl into a separate plain white inner sleeve in order to further protect the original. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
