Not sure of reissue date (original 1969). Fantasy Records, FANT-8387.
Condition: Vinyl is in very good condition with minor surface scratches. Record was played before listing, to make sure there was no skipping. Has original dust jacket. Cover in very good condition with some edge wear (no tears).
