National Star Retail are raising funds for The National Star Foundation. We currently have 2 physical shops and our online store newly opened in February 2022. Our shops are in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
We are looking to share with a wider audience the amazing products that are donated to us in order to raise vital funds. Our online store is run with a very small team, every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, please feel free to ask questions regarding any item. All items sold are donated to us, items are used unless stated otherwise.
Customer Service
We operate from 09:00-15:00 Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
We usually respond to queries within 24 hours between these operating times. Our small team try to be as efficient as possible so please bare with us.
Payment & Delivery
Please
make payment within 2 days of the auction ending so that we can prepare your
order for delivery as quickly s possible. Items that are not paid for will be
flagged to ebay. If you have any issues regarding a payment, please contact us
so that we can help you resolve the issue.
We will dispatch items within 3 working days of receiving payment, in
may instances it will be quicker than this.
If you wish for your item to be shipped with an alternative method than that
stated on the listing, please contact us before purchase to ensure we are able
to service your request.
Gift Aid
Gift Aid is a scheme allowing charities to claim tax back on donations at no extra cost to the donor. Any gift aided donation will benefit from a further 25% being claimed from HMRC. For every £1 an item sells for, National Star can claim an additional 25p. You may see some of our items listed are gift aided and will have a special code attached, this is simply for internal use.
