JULIAN COVEY and The Machine - A LITTLE BIT HURT / SWEET BACON

A very nice condition copy of this 1967 Julian Covey mod/soul rarity with gleaming vinyl and great audio quality

Year/Label :  UK ISLAND 1967

Matrix numbers :  WIP 6009 A//1 420   /   WIP 6009 B//1 420

A very nice copy of this 1967 UK 1st press Julian Covey mod/soul classic on the ISLAND label with very good plus (VG+) condition - bordering on excellent - glossy & jet black sheen vinyl with earliest A1/B1 matrices - just a couple of small, non-obvious and very light surface scuff marks on each side - each purely superficial and not affecting the audio quality at all; excellent (EX) condition labels though the side 2 label does have a small residue mark, presumably from an old sticker (see photo); iconic original UK ISLAND outer sleeve with no edge splits but there is some minor creasing and a little fraying on the front top edge; truly excellent (EX) audio quality with no skips, repeats, jumps, clicks, distortion, interference or background crackle, with both sides a great listen with excellent tone and crystal clear audio sound. Rare, hard to find, and much sought after.   POSTAGE COSTS :

For the UK £2 using Royal Mail 1st class signed for ;

for continental Europe £5 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked/signed for,

and for the rest of the world £8 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked/signed for.

I do provide posting and packaging discounts for multiple purchases. I make no profit from postage.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.

A bit about myself : I have been collecting UK vinyl for over 53 years from a variety of sources : my own collection, friends and family, car boot and garage sales, door-to-door leaflets, and even through placing an advert in my wife's shop window! My ebay feedback speaks for itself so rest assured that you are buying from a trusted seller and in the very unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase just e-mail me and I will sort out the problem. I offer a "no questions asked" refund policy. If you require any further information, including photos, then let me know and I'll do my best to oblige. There is NO RESERVE on this item. Richard
