Original first press from 1995 with original printed inner sleeve.

Rare and hard to find death metal classic in very nice condition. 
Some small marks on the edges of the sleeve and minimal dents to the corners. The inner sleeve have a crease in the right lower corner and a small bump on the top left. Other than this, both the sleeve and the inner sleeve are vibrant and nice looking, being a strong VG+. 
The vinyl is clean with minimal noice. Being a record that's almost 30 years old I'd say this is a hell of a nice record. Clean labels. 
As for those two vertical lines on each side of the vinyl, they are reflections of the pattern in my ceiling. Sorry about that. So no vertical lines on the actual vinyl!
