The original press of Lifeforms.
The first disc (A/B) plays between VG and VG+ and sounds great.
Unfortunately the second disc (C/D) is in a poor condition. It's badly warped and this affects play (see pics). I'll include it anyway, perhaps it's fixable somehow, but this should be considered as only worth the one disc.
The cover and original inserts are VG (see pics).
