THE RECORDS

THE LABELS

THE BROWN AND WHITE LABELS ARE IN PRISTINE CONDITION. THERE ARE NO MARKS OR STAINS AND THE WHITE BASE COLOUR FULLY STRETCHES INTO THE UNWORN SPINDLE HOLE. THE BLACK TYPEFACE AND LOGOS ARE UNRUBBED AND PERFECTLY LEGIBLE. THERE ARE 2-3 TINY SPIDER LINES BY THE SPINDLE HOLE

THE VINYL

THE HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL STILL RETAINS A HEALTH ORIGINAL SHEEN. IN DAYLIGHT IT LOOKS FLAWLESS. EVEN UNDER SPOTLIGHTS I CAN ONLY MAKE OUT A COUPLE OF TINY WISPY HAIRLINES

THE TEST PLAY

THE FIRST THING TO SAY IS THAT THERE IS NO DISTORTION ANYWHERE. SO THE RECORD WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO A HEAVY OR WORN STYLUS

THE VINYL PLAYS CLEARLY ALL THE WAY THROUGH BOTH SIDES. NO HEAVY CRACKLE AND NO LOUD POPS OR CLICKS

NO EMBEDDED VINYL NOISE

NO LOUD CLICKS, STICKS OR POPS

I HEARD NO MORE THAN 2-3 TINY SPECKS OF VERY LOW LEVEL BACKGROUND DURING BOTH SIDES

THE LINKING GROOVES ARE SILENT OR NEAR SILENT AT WORST

I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO GRADE THIS VINYL NEAR MINT FOR THE AUDIO

TAKE A LISTEN TO IT, AND DECIDED FOR YOURSELF THOUGH

THE SLEEVE

LAMINATED ROBERT STACE GATEFOLD SLEEVE

THE FRONT SURFACE IS TOTALLY FLAT AND CLEAN.

THE LAMINATED SURFACE STILL HAS A LOVELY SHEEN TO IT, AND THERE ARE NO HEAVY CREASES OR DEEP CREASE LINES VISIBLE.

THE FOUR CORNERS ARE SHARP AND SQUARE,APART FROM A TINY DING TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT TIP

THERE IS NO RING WEAR OR EVEN RECORD SHAPE.

THERE IS ONE SMALL PRESSURE LINE BY THE SPINE. PLUS SOME PATCHY LAMINATE LIFT ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE SPINE.

NONE ON THE TOP EDGE , AND NONE ON THE BOTTOM EDGE. A SMALL CLUSTER OF THUMB LINES NEAR THE OPENING EDGE

THE TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES ARE FREE FROM  SHELF WEAR, APART FROM THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER  WHICH SHOWS A LITTLE RUB

THE SPINE IS JUST SUPERB. AS NEW AND FREE FROM ANY RUBBING

THE OPENING EDGE IS RAZOR SHARP AND TOTALLY AS NEW. NOT EVEN ONE THUMB NAIL NICK

THE REAR SURFACE  IS A S GOOD AS THE FRONT WITH JUST A LIGHT TRACE OF AGEING TO THE EDGES UNDER THE LAMINATE AND A MINUSCULE SPECK OF LAMINATE LIFT IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER

OPENING THE GATEFOLD REVEALS A NEAR PRISTINE PAIR OF PANELS . JUST A LITTLE EDGE HANDLING

THE ORIGINAL POLY LINED INNER SLEEVE HAS NO SPLITS . A COUPLE OF CORNER CREASE LINES

HAPPY TO GRADE THE SLEEVE NEAR MINT

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BID IF YOU CHOSE TO GO FOR IT
