Media condition: VG+ Conservatively graded! Records on CLEAR w/ BLOOD RED SPLATTER have faint sleeve wear and only a single small surface mark, play closer to NM!
Sleeve condition: VG+ SIGNED gatefold sleeve is solid with only light shelf wear and a visible surface mark near the signature! Unsigned sleeve is also solid with similar light shelf wear and surface marks. Inner sleeves have some typical splitting along the bottom that I've seen with every copy of this I've gotten in due to the thin transparent paper material they used.
