PINK FLOYD - See Emily Play  /  Scarecrow

Brilliant condition original 1967 psych gem with great audio

Year/Label : 1967 UK Columbia
Label number : DB 8214
Matrix numbers :  7 XCA 30214 - 1   /   7 XCA 30215 - 1
Stampers :  2  LT  /  1  LH
The condition of the vinyl is excellent plus (EX+) and has just a few very, very light small scuff marks on each side, only visible when viewed closely under a bright light and none of which impinge upon the great sounding MONO playback. The labels are in similarly great condition, virtually unmarked with just a tiny "nick" on the left side of the side 1 label. There are just a couple of small and very light spindle trails on the side 2 label but on side 1 I'm finding it difficult to identify and spindle trails at all, suggesting that this record has been very sparingly played. Note the 4-pronged push-out centre which remains fully intact and the "K" and "T" tax codes on the side 2 label, each indicators of a first pressing. The quality of the mono sound is excellent plus (EX+) also - no skips, jumps, repeats, clicks, or distortion and background crackle is negligible - just the merest hint of some very, very mild crackle during the run-off's. The original Columbia sleeve remains in excellent plus (EX+) condition with no seam splits and all text, art work and colouration retaining their original vibrancy and clarity.
 Hard to come across in condition as truly impressive as this.
POSTAGE COSTS :

For the UK £3 using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked;

for continental Europe £6 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for,

and for the rest of the world £9 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for.

I do provide posting and packaging discounts for multiple purchases. I make no profit from postage.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.

A bit about myself : I have been collecting UK vinyl for over 54 years from a variety of sources : my own collection, friends and family, car boot and garage sales, door-to-door leaflets, and even through placing an advert in my wife's shop window! My ebay feedback speaks for itself so rest assured that you are buying from a trusted seller and in the very unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase just e-mail me and I will sort out the problem. I offer a "no questions asked" refund policy. If you require any further information, including photos, then let me know and I'll do my best to oblige. There is NO RESERVE on this item. Richard
