The Beatles - Rubber Soul Capitol Stereo ST-2442 LP is still sealed but had some water damage and bottom right and left corners show visible damage/molding. Hole Punch top right corner. Assumption should be that there is some light mold spores internally which will wipe off, so I won't say that I would expect to see a Mint record because of that. Though with a wipe down it should be. The open side has minimal damage showing. it's more on the spine side.
