Both of these records are vintage and pre-owned, but are in good overall condition. I would rate both records a VG (Very Good).
The jacket for "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is in solid overall shape, with some typical signs of wear that include white spotting and fading in the graphics/coloring, small nicks/surface scratches, and some wear around the outer edges/spine. The back spine is in pretty good overall shape, with no splits in the seam, but the top and bottom of the vinyl does have some seam splitting. The interior gatefold is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of fading and some light crease marks. 
The record itself is in mediocre overall condition, with a good amount of hairline scratches and marks. There doesn't look to be any overly deep scratches, although I can not confirm as to how well this record plays since it has not recently been tested. The center label is in good condition, with some light wear around the center hole. The record has been recently cleaned, and has also been re sleeved with a nice archival quality antistatic sleeve. The original sleeve and insert is not included in this listing.
This is the MAS-2653 mono version of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", released in 1967 by Capitol Records.

The jacket for "A Hard Day's Night" is in strong overall shape, with no seam splitting at all on the edges. It shows some typical signs of wear, including some black spotting marks and fading in the graphics/coloring, some minor creasing, and some wear around the outer edges.
The record itself is in slightly better condition that Sgt. Peppers, with a decent amount of hairline scratches and marks. The center label also has various scratches and some wear around the center hole. This record has not been recently tested, but has been cleaned and resleeved with a nice antistatic sleeve. This vinyl does also include the original United Artists paper sleeve, which is in excellent overall condition.
This is the UAL-3366A mono version of "A Hard Day's Night", released in 1964 by United Artists Records.
