We've unearthed a handful of copies of this extremely rare, promo-only 45 containing music from the 1971 sex-and-drugs exploitation movie Ginger, starring Cheri Caffaro. The tracks are "Title Drive" and "Discotheque." The composer and band leader Robert Orpin is credited for both, but the B-side is "performed by the Rock'n'Rollers"—probably a fictional band that shows up in the film. The record is in excellent condition, very close to M- with a couple of faint sleeve marks visible under bright light.
