Sleeve is in VG+ condition. Some ring wear all around and a small stain on the top front. See photos.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition. Plays wonderfully with no skips or pops. Your ears will be happy! There is what looks to be minor scuffs on the outro grooves, probably from being run through a record cleaning machine? In no way affects play. I tried to capture it in the pics.
