Rare Madonna Fan Club Records Sleeve issue. 1984 "Angel" b/w "Angel (Dance Mix Edit)", in Excellent++ Condition, overall. Sire Records issue #7-29008.
Sleeve has some ring wear and creasing, Excellent ++ Condition. Record is in Excellent++ Condition, with very light signs of wear. Labels are in Excellent++ (some wrinkles). Includes Juke Box Strip in Excellent++ Condition.
