Near Mint/NM: These records have a few minor imperfections, but not anything that would affect play. For the record it's very light paper scuffs that can't be heard and aren't visually distracting. For the cover it can be very faint ring-wear and a bumped corner.

Low surface noise during play through dead wax is acceptable, but only at volumes significantly lower than the music.
