Nirvana - Local Anaesthetic - Original UK Spiral Vertigo LP from 1971 on Vertigo Records 6360 031. 
Gatefold sleeve in EX++/NEAR MINT condition overall with no imperfections apart from a few dot indentations on the front upper right part of the window. They don't notice, you need to look for them. Apart from that very little to say, in STUNNING condition, looks like was bought yesterday! Includes ORIGINAL custom Vertigo inner.
LP in EX+/EX++ condition. I have listened to this LP all the way through on my Linn LP12 deck and it plays SUPERBLY. The only minor imperfection is a tiny mark on the last track on side 2 that makes a light ticking noise for a few revolutions. Overall though, cover and disc combined, I would find it hard to believe that there are many better copies out there!
