Vintage 1969 U.S. pressing from Epic Records (BN 26477). Yellow Epic labels. Comes with a generic inner sleeve.
The vinyl grades VG+ (a few light sleeve marks)
The jacket grades VG (small taped-over seam splits on all four corners, and on the bottom/center; three written numbers on the back/lower right; light ring wear; light corner wear; light to moderate edge wear)
Also includes a 3mil. clear poly outer sleeve.
