**The autograph is signed in black sharpie on the front cover by Alec Benjamin. We were not present when this autograph was made, the signature is assumed to be genuine and authentic.

**COVER GRADING:  EX (corner bumps)

Cover has minor Corner Bumps to all corners, possibly from a shipping box. We have a few of these albums and presume these were never Pre-owned but Promos from a recording label as we live near Nashville, TN. We often purchase signed and promotional albums from a record store located in Nashville. We have included a New polyethylene outer sleeve for this Album!

Vinyl surfaces are pristine, bright and glossy and basically appear unplayed....Plays Crisp, Clean and Loud with no background or surface noise.

**Sleeve Condition:  ORIGINAL / NEW

The original white paper sleeve is in New Condition, we have placed a New Hudson HI-FI antistatic sleeve inside the original.
