Only played once, and only the hologram disc. I couldn't get a good picture of that disc so I've included the stock photo for demonstration of it (though I should warn you that it's not quite as flashy as you might think). Outer slipcase and inner sleeve/book are made of a material that smudges pretty easily. The front cover of the slipcase has a bit of a bump under the title, and it's actually been there since I received it. Everything on the inside is basically like new, including the book.
