I have played the album and the sound quality is good, except for some pops and crackles. There are a few light scratches on the vinyl, but it doesn't effect the sound quality.
The plastic is still on the outer paper sleeve, however the plastic is ripped and has some stains. There are also the remnants of a price tag and a sticker on the plastic. The sleeve itself does have some wear. There is no inner sleeve.
