I am selling my late brother's collection of MFSL master recordings. While of course there are fingerprints all over the plastic cover, the actual jacket appears to be very clean and near mint - with one minor exception. The plastic on the upper right corner is torn, resulting in a very small dent in the corner of the jacket itself. You should be able to see this on the last photo.
Also - this was in the home of a smoker, but I feel confident I was able to rid it of any lingering odor. Your nose may vary.
