Here is a great 1955 release on the Westminster label (WL 5356). The Barylli Quartet performs Mozart's Quartet No. 21 in D Majar, K. 575, then is joined by Wilhelm Huebner for a performance of Mozart's Quintet in D Major, K. 593. Red label with deep groove. Includes rice paper inner.
