STATUS QUO: Down The Dustpipe / Face Without A Soul (´70 / rare orig. German issue / PYE DV 11012 / red label with black top / there are two different issues of this German 7" in existence, and it´s not really clear, which one is the first issue and which one is the 2nd issue: the other version has the catalogue no: "PYE 14680 AT" and light-blue labels (and here´s an astonishing contradiction: telling from the catalogue no. the other issue (PYE 14680 AT) must have been made earler, but if you go by the colour of the labels it´s just the other way round, the red label is "older" than the light-blue label - sorry, so far I haven´t found any explanation for this mysterious contradiction, so I really cannot tell, which of the two different issues is the first issue! / further both versions also have completely different picture sleeves / the only thing I can tell, is, that this issue is just a little bit more "common" than the other one!) CONDITION VINYL: VG to VG(+) DESCRIPTION: light ringwear and slight impression of the record´s center in the middle of the p/s / the corners and the top of the p/s are slightly bent, and there are just a few minor creases at the top / the vinyl is also in very nice condition: there are a few light hairlines on the surface, but the record has absolutely no deeper "real" scratches - overall this 7" is in better shape than ca. 90% of all German copies of the "Down The Dustpipe" 45!) / the labels are clean
