THE JAM SETTING SONS VINYL LP GENUINE HAND SIGNED BY WELLER, FOXTON & BUCKLER
THIS IS MY HUSBANDS MOST PRECIOUS RECORD IN HIS COLLECTION AND ITS TIME TO LET IT GO , THE STORY REGARDING THE SIGNED LP IS THAT ON IS WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 29TH 1980 HIS FAVOURITE BAND THE JAM WERE PLAYING IN THE EDINBRUGH PLAYHOUSE, ONLY 15 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME HE AND 2 OF HIS MATES DECIDED TO GO THROUGH TO THE VENUE IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOPING THEY MIGHT GET A GLIPMSE OF THEIR HEROES AND POSSIBLY GET SOME AUTOGRAPHS , AFTER ARRIVING AT 1 OCLOCK THEY HUNG AROUND AT AROUND 3 OCLOCK THE BAND TURNED UP TO DO THEIR SOUND CHECK RICK BUCKLER INVITED THEM IN TO LISTEN AND PUT THEM ON THE GUEST LIST BUCKLER ,WELLER AND FOXTON SIGNED ALL THEIR VINYL, AFTER THE GIG THEY GOT INTO THE DRESSING ROOM AND DRANK CANS OF TENENTS LAGER MISSED THE LAST TRAIN HOME BUT WERE THE HAPPIEST KIDS IN THE WORLD
PAUL WELLER SIGNED THE COVER FIRST ON THE TOP LEFT BUT IT WAS NOT SO CLEAR BECAUSE OF THE COLOUR OF THE SLEEVE, SO BRUCE FOXTON AND RICK BUCKLER SIGNED IT ON THE INSIDE OF THE SLEEVE , THIS WAS A GOOD MOVE AS THE SIGNITURES HAVE NOT FADED WITH AGE AND ARE, STILL VERY CLEAR , THE BRUCE FOXTON ONE SAYS (TO HAMMY) MY HUSBANDS NICKNAME, PAUL WELLER WAS GOING TO PUT TO HAMMY ASWELL BUT DIDINT, HE WROTE THE WORD TO WITH A BLUE BIRO BUT IT WOULDNT WORK, HIS FIRST ATTEMPT AT HIS AUTOGHRAPH DIDNT WORK EITHER YOU WILL NOTICE JUST ABOVE HIS ACTUAL SIGNITURE THE LETTERS Pa

THE LP IS A 1ST EDITION WITH THE EMBOSSED SLEEVE, WITH NO TRACK LISTINGS PRINTED ON THE BACK OF THE SLEEVE, THE TITLE TRACKS CAME WITH A TRANSPARENT STICKER WHICH IS MISSING
SLEEVE IS STILL GOOD WITH SOME WEAR TO THE SPINE AND SOME CREASING AROUND THE EDGES
THE INNER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION
THE VINYL IS STILL IN FANTASTIC CONDITION WITH BARELY A MARK ON IT
