Released in 1986 on the Rough Trade label, I am offering today this excellent playing condition ORIGINAL first UK pressing of this classic album by Manchester pop legends THE SMITHS  titled "THE QUEEN IS DEAD ". The album for anyone who may not have heard it contains some of the bands best tracks including SOME GIRLS ARE BIGGER THAN OTHERS and the haunting I KNOW ITS OVER to name but a couple.

The album comes complete with its original glossy gatefold sleeve which I would describe as is in solid excellent condition complete with its original glossy Alain Delon inner sleeve.

I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through superbly. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc, you should not be disappointed.

 

   

 

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks VG+ & audibly is in excellent condition. I have just played it through and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc overall an excellent playing copy of this classic 1986 album. 

The SLEEVE, The glossy gatefold sleeve is in clean excellent condition, with its original pink sticker on the front needless to say there is no unwanted writing or splits etc but there is some light wear to the corners.  

The LABELS, The Rough Trade labels are very clean, showing moderate spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original glossy Alain Delon inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
