Sleeve: VG:  Textured Gatefold sleeve. No tears or writing.  The inner gatefold is in excellent condition but the outer sleeve is only very good condition due to signs of wear around the edges, some crease marks and small mark where a price sticker has been removed.  Please see pics.    

Label: EX: Labels are clean and bright and free from writing or tears.  When tilted in strong light some spindle marks can be seen on the white label on side 2.

Vinyl: EX    Visually the vinyl still retains a nice bright sheen with no obvious marks.  When tilted and viewed under a bright light a few hairlines can be seen.  I have play tested the record and to my ears the sound was excellent.  I have no hesitation with grading this record at a conservative excellent
