There is a small bend and crease on the top right corner of the cover.
This superb performance, from October 1992, broadcast live by radio station WFMU-FM from Upsala College, New Jersey, pre-dates Jeff Buckley's debut by a little over a year. While most of the songs are covers, there are two early original compositions, Eternal Life and Unforgiven - both of which later appeared on the album 'Grace" in 1994 (the latter by then re-titled Last Goodbye).
