It comes in a gatefold cover.
The catalogue number is CAS1026 with A-1U/B-1U matrix numbers.
The disc is in excellent condition with just a few very small superficial surface marks from storage in the stiff inner sleeve.
The cover is in VG condition, it is fully intact with just has storage rubbing on front and back.
