This is an original 1ST UK MONO pressing of the
classic 1966 Cream debut album - Fresh Cream
On the Reaction label - ref 593 001 -
MONO
Matrices re A2 (with the upside down triangle)//B1 - FIRST Pressing of a
masterpiece
The record - this is the very first original
'double ridged' centre, textured Reaction label with the original M.C.P.S.
misprinted credit.labels are clean and free from writing though do have some
spindle wear.
I have test played this using a technics 1210 and bose speakers
and it sounds great! - there are some surface marks and some crackling here and
there but no denying the true MONO mix is the best
Id call it a VG based on
the play. Absolutely no jumps or skips .....what a great record!!!
This is the rarest record by a phenomenal band ..in
its rarest format
Sleeve is a VG - front laminated by Ernest J Day
& Co - a little light creasing to the laminated front - back is discoloured
with age with some staining as pictured to the bottom left
Bottom and top
spines are both fine, opening is also split free.Side spine has worn with a
small split in the centre, no writing visible...if there was any.
Inner sleeve is a plain poly-lined...has yellowed
with age, slightly creased with a pen mark..it it matters...
Tracks are as follows:
Side 1
N.S.U.
Sleepy Time Time
Dreaming
Sweet Wine
Spoonful
Side 2
Cat's Squirrel
Four Until Late
Rollin and Tumblin
Im So
Glad
