Eric Dolphy - Out To Lunch.
Original USA LP Issued in 1964 by Blue Note Records (BLP 4163).
First Pressing, has "Van Gelder" and Ear stamps in the dead wax.
Sleeve is in VG Condition (has 5" splits on the top and bottom seems + a sticker on the front left hand corner and back top right, see pic).
Vinyl is in VG++ Condition (has a sticker on Side 1 label, see pic).
