Goods are packed strongly Record & Cover  put in Plastic protective  sleeve then packed in strong cardboard and marked FRAGILE --do not bend 

Overseas orders are sent air mail (SOME COUNTRIES CAN TAKE LONGER FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE DUE TO DELAYS AT CUSTOMS)

MINT  (M)  THE RECORD IS NEW THE COVER AND ANY INSERTS SHOULD BE IN PERFECT CONDITION

EXCELLANT  (EX)  THE RECORD IS NEAR MINT THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR VISIBLE SURFACE MARKING UNDER STRONG LIGHT YOU MAY SEE LINES ON THE RECORD CAUSED BY ON PAPER SLEEVE

VERY GOOD  (VG)  THE RECORD LOOKS VERY CLEAN HAS BEEN PLAYED  BUT DISPLAYS NO MAJOR  SURFACE MARKS

GOOD  (G)  RECORD HAS BEEN CHECKED VISUAL INSPECTION ONLY (unless stated)  DOES HAVE SOME SURFACE MARKS-WEAR LIGHT SCRATCHES   in general for year good 

FAIR  (F)  THE RECORD DOES HAVE SURFACE MARKS WEAR MARKS WITH SOME BAD  SCRATCHES  this would be played and tested  

POOR (P)  RECORD WILL NO LONGER PLAY PROPERLY DUE TO DAMAGE BUT IF YOU NEED IT TO START OR COMPLETE A COLLECTION AND THE COVER IS GOOD THEN ITS A PLUS

Records may be cleaned by wiping the surfaces gently with a barely damp soft cloth Records should be stored at a moderate uniform temperature in a upright position Avoid touching the music surfaces
