BEATLES - Please Please Me - 1st album - Parlophone PMC 1202 mono (Yellow Letters/logo 4th pressing [I think}) - The "All rights of the manufacturer" message around the edge of the label starts with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd." The label DOES have "Recording first published 1963", but NOT "Sold in the U.K..." statements. The word "mono" on the front cover is larger than in later editions. Ernest J Day printers credit at bottom right corner (back cover). Angus Mc Bean on lower right cover (the 'A' in Angus lies under the 2nd 'S' in songs.) Matrix Nos. XEX 421-IN and XEX 422-IN vinyl is in Good condition (surface wear, a couple of noticeable scratches and a few crackles but plays on my turntable without skipping)/cover is in Good condition (top and bottom have clear tape)
