Released in 1978, I am offering today this original ASYLUM label first UK pressing of this fifth studio album from TOM WAITS titled "BLUE VALENTINE" this album features some great tracks including ROMEO IS BLEEDING and WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD. The vinyl plays nicely with excellent audio but there was a touch of crackle on to be heard on my system.

The album comes complete with its original glossy gatefold sleeve which is in clean excellent condition with fully legible spine and no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc but if held at an angle you can see some of its gloss has gone. Overall it is a respectable example.

I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays extremely well with excellent audio. absolutely no sticks or skips etc.

 

 

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks very clean and plays through with excellent audio, with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc. 

The SLEEVE, The glossy gatefold sleeve is clean with fully legible spine and absolutely no sticks skips or stickers etc.  

The LABELS, The original Asylum labels are very clean, showing minimal spindle traces, Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original generic inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc but shows some age spotting.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
