By 1973 Mr. Bishop had rediscovered his Oklahoma roots and preceded to put out some of the funkiest, and funniest, albums in his long and distinguished career. He later left them and began working towards his highly collect years with Capricorn Records The same label that spond the birth of such greats as the Allman Brothers & the Marshall Tucker Band.
