Discounted  International first class airmail for 0 to 2Lbs weight is $21.50 ... For 2lbs to 3lbs is $31.00 ... for 3lbs to 4lbs is $45.00 .. Packages over 4lbs must be sent by Priority mail , 4lbs to 5Lbs is $54.00 , each additional 1LB adds $3.50 to the shipping cost.
