This 45rpm record is by an obscure fifties west coast blues musician named Lafayette Thomas and his combo. They play a hot blues number "Cockroach Run" backed by a break-in song called "The Trial". It was released in 1955 on Jumping records 5000x/xx. Very rare and the break in side has R&B tunes by west coast artists. Vinyl grades at M- and the label has light wear.
