DESCRIPTION: Mr Fox- 1st self titled LP. 1st UK pressing with metallic effect sleeve and lilac TRA labels. My own copy for many years until a recent upgrade. Postage cost includes tracking and a box/cruciform mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Transatlantic TRA 226. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK. CONDITION (VINYL/COVER) VG+/G+. Vinyl is really clean with a nice sheen, just a couple of light hairlines prevent visual EX grade but have no effect on playback.. Played majority of this today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays really cleanly, pretty much EX. Music is clean, clear and loud. Only an occasional random tick (mainly between tracks and no other surface noise). Cover is in decent shape. It is firm and square and has moderate edge-wear (3" split to top edge hence low grade), corner wear and creasing . Has a very small graze to front top left hand corner from sticker removal. Really clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears . PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER FOLK/METAL/PUNK/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. ALL ITEMS (OR COMBINATIONOF ITEMS) SELLING FOR OVER £20 MUST BE SENT SIGNED FOR OR AIRSURE TO COMPLY WITH PAYPAL POLICIES- ASK ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
