** EXTREMELY RARE STILL-SEALED ORIGINAL 1970 USA EPIC PRESSING !! **
** This record has been in my collection for nearly 40 years, and is guaranteed to be an original pressing, and not a later re-issue of any sort. **
I personally bought this LP new in the 1970's, from a deletions section in a record store, along with some other albums by KALEIDOSCOPE. It has remained sealed and unplayed in my collection ever since.
Extremely rare to find a still-sealed, shrink wrapped copy of this LP.
The disc remains sealed, and I presume it to be genuinely unplayed/mint, (or at least as mint as a 1970 USA Epic label record ever was in the first place - and their pressings were often not the best...) and I also presume it to have the original Epic inner-sleeve.
Sleeve in a still-sealed condition. The top right hand corner has been clipped for tax purposes, and a price sticker was removed next to the clipped edge (see photo), which took a small section of cellophane with it, revealing the sleeve inside. The bottom right corner was very slightly 'folded' during the original shrink-wrapping process, but other than that, the sleeve has no wear, tears, writing, creases, edge wear, spine wear, or any other imperfections that I can see.
** For obvious reasons, I cannot accept any returns on a still-sealed item. **
GRADING:
All records are graded using the 'Record Collector' format:
MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
